Old Song

Searching through an old stack of paper work, I found this lyric of a song I wrote a long time ago. This song is more realistic compare with Romeo & Juliet version. It is about a boy who keep his promises waiting for his love. Sadly, he get rewarded with disappointment and a broken heart. If there is  no demand, no expectation then there will no disappointment..

“A thousand years just passing by

A thousand loves just fade away

A thousand times I said “I love you”

Do you ever hear?

Here I am still standing

Waiting for my love, waiting for the one I love

And every moment just passing by

I wish you are here with me

Where are you, my love, when I need the most

In this lonely world, No one love you

More than I ever do in this whole life.

[Chorus] x2

Here the one I love now, with someone

Holding hand and walk passing by

Don’t you remember me anymore?

Here the one I love now, with someone

And the one you love never will be me.

Don’t you know I love you so much

A thousand years is for nothing

A thousand tears falling down

Here I am still alone, in this lonely world

Feeling so lonely, but do you ever know?

Do you ever know how much I love you

[Chorus]

Here the one I love now, with someone

Holding hand and walk passing by

Don’t you, remember me anymore?

Here the one I love now, with someone

And the one you love never will be me.

Don’t you know I love you so much”
