Life means Suffering.
Life is suffering with pain, sadness, fear, disappointment, and grievances. The moment you come out of your mother’s womb, you are introduced to pain by the nurse who spank you. You cry when your mother hold you in her arm welcoming you to this bumpy and croacked road called life. As your journey begins, you start experiencing sadness, frustration, dissapointment, grivences, fear, then finally death. But you are not the only one who suffers. Everyone in this planet suffers as long as they are alive. Just remember, you are not alone, who walk on this bumpy and croaked road called life.
To live is to suffer that is the fact we all need to accept. If you suffer, it is a sign that you are alive. There is no way to end the suffers in life but you can make your life less painful by stop renting too much space of your mind for sadness, sorrow, and pain. Don’t let your mind replay over and over all negative thoughts or take thing too personally. Why do you allow the pain and sorrow from the past suffer the present?
“We also often add to our pain and suffering by being overly sensitive, over-reacting to minor things, and sometimes taking things too personally.” ~ Tenzin Gyatso, The 14th Dalai Lama
